INDIANA FOOTBALL: MIKE HART TO RETURN TO MICHIGAN

Indiana running backs coach Mike Hart is leaving the Hoosiers to become the running backs coach at Michigan.

Hart has spent the past four seasons in Bloomington.

This marks a return to his alma mater and an opportunity to help Michigan get to another level in the running game.

Hart was a decorated player for the Wolverines winning the Doak Walker Award finalist and finished

Fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting in 2006.

He was drafted by the Colts in 2008.

“Michigan has always held a special place in my heart,” Hart said in a release. “It is a place that always believed in me and a place that I have always have believed in. I am excited to join Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan staff, and can’t wait to get to work with a talented running back group.”
